Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order and will always do our best to help if something’s not quite right!
Because all of our products are made-to-order through our printing partner, we’re only able to offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect. We’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds for other reasons.
If there’s an issue with your order, please email hello@lianasoper.com within 30 days of delivery, and include a clear photo of the item. Once the issue is reviewed and approved by our production partner, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or send a replacement. Refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Shipping
All products are made-to-order and handmade in the USA, then shipped from Arizona. Because of this, production and shipping times may vary slightly.
Estimated delivery timelines:
USA: 10–15 business days from the order date
Canada & International: 10–30 business days from the order date
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, don’t hesitate to reach out!
