A lot of the people I work with are deeply self-aware, capable, caring people who have spent years being hard on themselves while quietly struggling underneath.
This work focuses on helping people build healthier habits, stronger self-trust, and a more supportive relationship with themselves from the inside out.
My Approach
My coaching combines physical health foundations with deeper mindset and self-worth work.
Rather than focusing only on food, workouts, discipline, or willpower, we work on the deeper patterns underneath the habits:
self-worth, emotional patterns, nervous system support, consistency, identity, and aligned action.
The goal is not perfection.
It’s building a life and relationship with yourself that actually feels good to live inside of.
This work is collaborative, reflective, practical, and highly individualized.

Physical Foundations
Building supportive habits around nourishment, movement, rest, routines, and caring for your body in a sustainable way.
Mindset & Self-Worth
Exploring the emotional patterns, beliefs, nervous system responses, and inner narratives that often shape behaviour and self-sabotage.
Aligned Action
Helping clients build consistency, self-trust, healthier boundaries, and a life that feels more aligned with who they actually are.

I intentionally keep my coaching practice fairly small so I can offer thoughtful, individualized support and genuine connection with the people I work with.
